This course hosted the European PGA Golf Tour during 1997 and the Czech Open on numerous occasions. There are 18 challenging holes with wide but tricky greens along with several ponds and a hilly profile, making the course very memorable for all golfers. Located within 45 minutes of Prague in the beautiful Czech countryside, the magnificent Karlstejn castle provides a spectacular backdrop. This resort that open in May 2009 offers services both for golfers and non-golfers. The golf course is beautifully nested in a slightly hilly environment surrounded by nature such as mixed forrest, lakes, ponds and solitary trees. Course has been designed by famous Canadian golf architect Les Furber and features 18 championship holes with dominant strategic design so the course is ideal for all golfers levels ranging from beginners to proffesionals. Each hole is original and the course offers many breathtaking views from the top of the hill on the Beroun town and vicinity. There is accomodation in nine double rooms (2 luxury with outdoor patio jacuzzi) , wellness centre, fitness and outdoor swimming pool also available.
The course spreads over an area of about eighty hectares and is built on the owner’s land, on moderately hilly terrain. The resort can be found near the village of Vysoky Ujezd in the vicinity of Prague, on the very border of the Bohemian Kras at 420 metres above sea level. Thanks to the favourable climate, the outdoor golf season here may in fact be one of the longest in Central Europe! The 72-par course have putting green areas, each from 459 to 812 square metres, depending on the overall approach and difficulty of the particular hole. The total area of the putting greens including foregreens is 11 677 square metres. The holes have four to five tees with an area of 12 500 square metres. Area of the fairways is 16.58 hectares and the total area of the bunkers is 10 400 square metres.
This young links-style course is hidden like a gem away from the city atop a plateau, which makes the prevailing winds a force to contend with. Lovely fairways are mostly separated with sparse young trees, bunkers and piles of large rocks in very forgiving rough that make even a bad ball-striking round enjoyable. Greens are attractive and well maintained. The good-length par-3s are difficult by length but in return the par-4s are accessible except for the #13’s gulley fairway and hidden uphill green. Par-5s are reasonable despite well-positioned hazards but players should probably consider the 605m #15 as a par 6!
A newly opened back-9 completes this fantastic 18-hole open links course in an area close to Prague. Both nines arise delightfully from both sides of the village valley. The course is both beautiful and difficult as fairways can be relatively easy to find but approach shots are at a premium because getting to and staying on the well-protected sloping greens is demanding. The first-9 has more forgiving rough but the second-9 is filled with long fescue mounds and devilish water hazards which could have you screaming back to the clubhouse needing to buy more balls in order to finish the round!
The golf complex is situated in a protected zone and its location and climatic conditions enable players to enjoy the game all year long on summer greens. On the premise of the complex there are a newly opened 18-hole course Soudný (par 72) with 5 hitting bays and a 9-hole public golf course Dýmaè (par 54). Additionally, a new indoor driving range with 15 mats and another 16 places outdoor were erected. Putting green with 18 holes and large practice for pitching and chipping and bunker game are also available. For those interested we have prepared a golf school with professional trainers. There is a pro shop and a club, buggy and Club Cars rental.
Prague City Golf Club, first 18 hole golf course in Prague co-designed by Alex Cejka, is conceived as a Championship course with ambitions of hosting professional tournaments of the highest level , yet at the same time is very playable for recreational golfers. The front nine holes, designated the "Links Nine", and the back nine holes, designated the "Lakes Nine" will provide an interesting variety of playing conditions. The clubhouse and restaurant spaces were developed with very sensitive reconstruction of a 200 year old horse stable.
   
Although the current 18-hole championship course was built in 1933, golf was first established here in 1904. During it's history this course has hosted many Czech and International competitions and is often viewed as one of the oldest and nicest golf courses in central Europe. The resort is located in the magnificent setting of the 'Krusne hory' mountain range, 5 km from the centre of famous spa town of Karlovy Vary and only 120 km west of Prague. This new championship German designed 18-hole par 72 is 6288m long course, fortunately it is at an altitude of 430m to give the golfer every help with the length. The difference between the highest and the lowest point of the course is 42 m, so expect to be challenged. Located in the area of Karlovy Vary, those in the know are already claiming this course is a jewel in the Czech golf crown. The clubhouse has a restaurant, bar and terrace.
This attractive golf resort with a challenging course is located near the famous town of Pilsen (Pilsner Urquell Beer) only 50 minutes from Prague. Designed by the golf architect Christoph Stadler, the 18-hole golf course presents a tempting challenge for golfers of all skill levels. It is cleverly set amongst numerous birch and alder groves and embraced by the Klabava river and the beautiful Ejpovice lake. The unique clubhouse has a top quality summer terrace, bar and restaurant which is complimented by the excellent accommodation available in the nearby city of Pilsen.
This 27-hole golf course is a part of very attractive and unique golf complex, with the most recent high standard 9 holes being designed by Chris Johnson. The resort is located in picturesque surroundings of the Berounka river valley, 20 minutes from Pilsen (home to the Pilsner Urquell Beer). As well as the high standard of golf, it offers many other activities including bike trails and swimming pool. Both the accommodation and practice will meet the demands of all golfers. As well as being close to Pilsen, this resort is only 60 minutes from Prague airport.
   
Opened in 2006, this 27-hole golf course is not lacking by any standard. Located only 9km from Brno, this British designed course includes 13 lakes and a good number of bunkers. The course is perfectly blended with its surroundings and includes a hotel, which is made up of 100 bungalows. The club house boasts an excellent restaurant with a terrace that offers views over the majority of the course, especially the nearby 18th green.
Golf Resort Austerlitz provides an 18-hole course, that has been designed very much in the 'Scottish style', with a good number of deep sand traps and heath land to match. To add to this, there are a number of well place water and natural hazards, making for an enjoyable but challenging round of golf. This leading golf course in the area of Brno is only about 20 minutes from both the city of Brno and Brno airport. Prague airport is about a 2,5 hours drive by motorway.

This new golf course, designed by Austrian architect Hans George Erhardt, is situated close the towns of Trinec ans Cesky Tesin in the area of North Moravia. This high standard 18-hole golf course was fully opened for visitors in May 2007 having initially opened as a 9-hole course in 2004. This links type course, with its undulating fairways, set in the peaceful countryside offers wonderful panoramic views across the the Beskydy mountains. With Celadna and Ostrava courses close by, this makes for a very interesting venue for your golfing holiday. Ostrava city centre is about 45 minutes by car away.
The course is situated between the Beskydy Mountains´ two highest mountains - Lysá hora and Smrk - at the foot of Žár Hill, in the village of Ostravice. It is a parkland-type championship golf course. The course PAR is 72. The very first holes give the impression of a very open course, however, don´t let that get you confused… The designer and constructor of the course is Chris Johnson, who has designed many courses in Europe and Africa. The investor and the whole team involved in the construction made an effort to built a course comparable to the latest championship courses in advanced European golf. That includes location selection, course shaping, playing area full irrigation, strictly tested and inspected building material, large greens, 3 ha of water, five spacious tees (teeing grounds) at each hole, special seeds, etc.
